Halcyra provides a subscription tool for arranging tenant appointments by SMS, including AI-assisted scheduling, reminders, a booking board, and calendar integration, as described on the Features and Pricing pages.
The person who signs up becomes the firm's admin and is responsible for the accuracy of the data uploaded, the accounts created for surveyors, and keeping login credentials secure.
The service is provided for arranging property survey and compliance appointments with tenants who have a genuine reason to be contacted by your firm. You agree not to use Halcyra to send unsolicited marketing, or to upload data you're not entitled to process.
Plans are billed monthly as set out on the Pricing page: a monthly platform fee plus charges for billable interactions at the applicable plan rate. AI processing is included in the interaction charge. Fees are collected via our payment provider. Basic and Pro are month to month; Enterprise terms are agreed individually. Changes to plan or billing terms take effect as set out in the applicable order or subscription terms.
You remain the data controller for tenant data uploaded to Halcyra. Our respective obligations around that data are set out in the Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Halcyra available at all reasonable times but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.
Either party may end the agreement in line with the plan terms. On termination, your data is handled as set out in the Data Retention policy.
We'll notify customers of material changes to these terms before they take effect.
