Halcyra bills by defined interaction, not by individual SMS. The opening booking message is interaction 1. When the tenant replies, Halcyra processes that reply and prepares the response as part of the same interaction — the inbound text and the AI processing are never charged separately. The next message Halcyra sends starts the next interaction, and so on. If the tenant never replies, the opening message is simply one interaction. Resending the opening message, or sending a message yourself from the conversation screen, each start a new interaction at your plan's standard rate.
Basic is £39/month and Pro is £99/month. Enterprise has a monthly fee agreed with you.

Interactions are counted within the current negotiation phase. One or two interactions are normal, three is a longer conversation, and a fourth interaction moves the conversation to human attention. A resident can ask for a person at any point and is handed over immediately.
When a confirmed appointment is rearranged, Halcyra starts a fresh negotiation phase. The resident is not penalised by the interaction count from the original booking.
